Who is responsible

What we keep

The email address you enter, the language of the page you signed up from, and the dates of sign-up and confirmation. Nothing else — no name, no phone number, no location.

We don’t store your IP address with your email address. To protect the form from abuse, the server keeps only an irreversible fingerprint (hash) of the IP address and the email address for each request, with its time, for at most 12 months.

Why, and on what basis

Only to tell you once when the app is out for iPhone. We don’t send ads or newsletters, and we don’t sell or share your address. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by signing up and confirming via the link in the email, and withdraw by unsubscribing.

Apart from us, the data is seen only by the email provider we send messages through and by Cloudflare, the intermediary through which the website and server receive requests — and only as far as needed for the message to arrive and the website to work.

How long

We delete an unconfirmed address after 7 days. We keep a confirmed one until we send you the notification or until you unsubscribe, and we delete it right after sending.

Your rights

Unsubscribing is one click: the link is in every email we send and removes your address from the list at once. You can also ask for access, correction or deletion by writing to the address above.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Serbian Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (www.poverenik.rs) or with the supervisory authority in your country.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and has no analytics or scripts.
